Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or for unused products in original packaging and resalable condition. HomeVault covers return shipping when the error is ours; customers may pay shipping for other approved returns. Used items, items without original packaging, clearance or sale items, and products damaged through misuse are generally non-returnable.
